Notifications don't arrive
Check that notifications are allowed for Rankr in your phone's settings and that alerts are on for the app in Rankr. Alerts are sent when an app reaches a new best rank or enters a new country's chart.
My app shows no ranks
Rankr shows ranks where your app is in a top chart (Top Free, Top Paid or Top Grossing, to #200). If it isn't in any country's chart right now, the app says so; ranks appear as soon as it charts.

Common questions
What is Rankr?
Rankr is a mobile app that shows where an app ranks in the App Store and Google Play top charts, in 175 countries at once. It sends an alert when the app reaches a new best rank or enters a new country's chart, and keeps rank history, a rank heatmap and share cards.
Which charts does Rankr track?
On the App Store: Top Free and Top Paid for every category, on iPhone and Mac. On Google Play: Top Free, Top Paid and Top Grossing for apps and games. Both stores in 175 countries.
Is Rankr a keyword or ASO search-ranking tool?
No. Rankr tracks positions in the stores' top charts (the category rankings), not where an app appears for a search keyword.
Do I need an account?
No. Rankr works without sign-up: open the app, search for an app or paste its store link, and it starts showing ranks.
Can I track apps I don't own?
Yes. Any public app can be tracked, including competitors.
Is Rankr free?
The free plan tracks 2 apps with 7 days of rank history, the top 5 countries per app and charts down to #100. Rankr Pro tracks up to 25 apps with 30 days of history, every country, charts to #200 and a longer heatmap. Pro is monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase.
How fresh are the ranks?
Ranks refresh throughout the day, and the app always shows the latest update with the change since the one before.
