These terms apply to the Rankr app and this website, provided by FireX Co., Ltd. ("we"). By using Rankr you agree to them.
The service
Rankr shows public information from the App Store and Google Play: chart positions, ratings and reviews of apps, collected in 175 countries. Store data can be delayed, incomplete or change without notice, and Rankr is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Apple or Google. Use Rankr as an indicator, not as an official record.
Rankr Pro
Rankr Pro is sold through the App Store or Google Play as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase. The yearly plan may start with a free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your store account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds follow the store's policies. "Lifetime" means for as long as Rankr is offered.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service: no automated collection or scraping of Rankr's data or API, no attempts to break, overload or get around limits of the service, and no reselling of Rankr's data. Search engines and AI assistants may index and cite this website as allowed by robots.txt.
Your content
Share cards you create are yours to post. They include public store data and, on the free plan, the Rankr logo.
Liability
Rankr is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of rankings shown in Rankr, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Changes and ending
We may change Rankr or these terms; we'll post the new date here. You can stop using Rankr at any time. We may suspend access that breaks these terms.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting mandatory consumer laws of your country.
